Thank you for shopping at TCGMart Express! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing and Shipping Times

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method & Tracking

All orders are shipped via a reliable international courier service, such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Every shipment includes a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your package is on its way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our customs policy differs based on the destination country. Please review the relevant section below for your country's policy.

For our US Customers:

Orders to the United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and courier handling fees are calculated and paid at the time of checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For All Other International Customers:

Orders to all other countries are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. The prices of our products and shipping fees do not include any import duties, customs fees, or taxes (such as VAT) that may be charged by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
