Shipping Method & Tracking:

All orders are shipped via reliable international courier services. For our US customers, we primarily utilize UPS Global Checkout to ensure a seamless "Duties Paid" experience. Every shipment includes a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your package is on its way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

For our US Customers: Orders to the United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

All-in Pricing: The shipping rate you see at checkout is a consolidated "All-in" price. This includes international shipping, handling, and all applicable U.S. import duties and taxes.
No Hidden Fees: You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The total price at checkout is your final cost.

4. Shipping and Delivery
