Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.

1. Returns for Seller Error (Defective or Misdescribed Item)

Returns are accepted only if the item you received is significantly different from the item described or is defective. To be eligible, a receipt or video proof of the unboxing is required.

In these cases, we will issue a full refund, and no processing fee will be deducted.

2. Returns for Customer Convenience (Change of Mind)

Returns due to customer convenience (e.g., change of mind, ordering by mistake) are accepted only if the item is unopened and in its original sealed condition (e.g., shrink wrap intact).

To be eligible, a receipt or video proof of the unboxing is required.

If accepted, the refund is subject to the deduction of the non-refundable payment processing fee (3.25% of the order value). This fee covers financial service charges that are not returned to us upon refund, and thus must be borne by the customer.

The item must be returned with a receipt and in the same condition as received.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note:

All order cancellations that are due to customer convenience are accepted only if the product is unopened and in its original sealed condition (e.g., shrink wrap intact). Such cancellations are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee of 3.25% of the order value. This fee covers the financial service charges (such as those from Shopify Payments and PayPal) that are not returned to us upon refund, and thus must be borne by the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, refunds or cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
